"SAKOna"
This short film aims to inform people of the roles played by the National Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) and Red Cross in times of disaster.The video aims to show the type of power relationship existing between the two agencies coming from the State and Civil Society.

Maganda ito. I and my family have been living in the mountains of Sipocot, Camarines Sur. It's really a few kms from the town centro. MAgandang paraan para maging aware ang mga tao, lalo na dun sa hindi direktang apektado ng mga ganitong mga disater.

Thank you very much, Sir Eman! Nais po talaga naming maiparating ang mensahe ng grupo sa mas maraming tao kaya ganito po ang naisip naming pamamaraan. Sana po ay marami pang makakita nito para kahit papaano ay makatulong sa paglago ng kamalayan ng mga tao sa usaping sakuna, at kung sino ang malalapitan nila sa mga ganitong uri ng panahon. :)
